Pentax K-7 Day in Minneapolis on July 29th (Win a Pentax K-7!)

Pentax will be holding special events nationwide to introduce their new K-7 digital SLR, an outstanding new camera which is making waves in the photo world. The events are open to the public and there will be a number of K-7 cameras and a selection of Pentax lenses on hand so people can give them all a try. They will also be holding a drawing and giving away a K-7 worth $1,299 at every gathering!
I have a lot or readers in Minneapolis so I am posting to let you all know that there will be a kickoff event held there on July 29th.
The location has not been announced yet as they are looking for a spot in a park, restaurant or hotel with some space they can use. If you Minneapolis folks have any suggestions for a location, please email me and I will pass the information along to their PR department. Keep checking back for more info on the Minneapolis event.

– August 18th – morning or mid-day – OrlandoYears ago I used a Pentax 645 for years as a full-time professional photographer and I use Pentax digital SLRs today. I love the combination of in-camera image stabilization and the excellent lenses, especially their fixed focal length pancake lenses which are unique in the industry.
